As the main contractor, Electra Danko is adding 14 floors to the Azouri EcoTower office building. The existing building has six office floors as well as six underground parking levels. The project involves steel frame, systems, and fitout work for 13 office floors, a technical roof level and an upper roof. The building envelope will be constructed from curtain walls as a direct continuation of the existing envelope.
