Establishment of a new commercial center in Hadera for Carasso Real Estate, with an area of approximately 6,400 sqm. The center includes 2 underground levels and 2 commercial levels with stores, offices, clinics, and a supermarket. It is the first commercial center in this neighborhood. Electra Danko, as the main contractor, performed allwork from the foundation stage to Form 4, including steel frame, fitout, systems, and development work.
