Construction of the Vatikei Tiberias retirement and nursing home within a new building (approx. 8,700 sqm), in addition to large-scale renovations of an existing building (Bezeq building), with an area of approximately 1,200 sqm. The building includes 10 wards, of which 2 are long-term nursing wards and one is for patients experiencing cognitive decline. Furthermore, the complex has a parking level and an operational wing with a kitchen, laundry, office area, and maintenance zone. Electra Danko managed the project as the main contractor, handling excavation, steel frame, fitout, systems, and development work.
