Electra Danko is serving as the main contractor for this three-story logistics center, commissioned by the Reit 1 investment fund and Ishpas Real Estate, and will perform all activities from foundations to final delivery, including systems work and Form 4. Each floor consists of some 10,000 sqm in a structure that combines prefab elements and suspended ceilings, a steel roof construction with parts imported from Turkey as well as insulated roof and wall tiling, superflat floors (SFF), transformers, and transformer rooms from the Israel Electric Corporation. In addition, development and asphalt work is being carried out on a lot of approximately 6,000 sqm.
