Comprehensive renovation of Bat Yam Mall at the center of Bat Yam, with some 11,000 sqm of public space and approximately 25,000 sqm of parking lots. Electra Danko performed systems and fitout work in the 3-story mall, including extensive demolition of all ceilings, old systems, cladding of columns and restroom complexes, replacement of the building’s systems, ceilings, balconies, and flooring, construction of a new restroom complex, and full renovation of all parking lots and lobbies. This was a complex project involving many challenges, including working within an active mall, which necessitated performing most of the work at night and restoring the mall to its original condition before the stores opened every morning
