Electra Danko performed all fitout and systems work for two floors of JP Morgan’s offices, including construction of a main bank server room, delineation of a central atrium with a specially adapted aluminum system, and setup of a unique building management system as per the client’s requirements. This unique project involved ongoing management in cooperation with the systems design team in London and delivering the facility to the JLL maintenance company while complying with the schedule and high quality standard.
